Commercial Assistant – Property Development

Our client is an International real estate asset manager based in Dublin 4. With a growing property development arm, they are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing assistant to work alongside the Commercial team across all property development disciplines: sourcing, underwriting, transaction management, planning and design, construction, sales & marketing and financial compliance and management.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to the successful candidate to progress in an evolving, exciting and dynamic company and to gain exposure to the multi-facetted sector of property development.

The role:

• Collating data on houses / apt prices, market activity, competition on existing schemes and as part of due diligence work on new site acquisitions 
• Market Research – pricing and key trends in specification and market activity
• Liaising with agents and solicitors; provide reporting on legal and sales progress prior to sale closing
• Preparation of marketing collateral and development of specific marketing campaigns
• Liaising with Interior Designers to deliver show houses 
• Dealing with customer queries and sales enquiries

Candidate Experience:

• Previous experience within a property development company or residential sales agency
• Relevant qualification – ideally property related but not essential
• Experience of providing sales, after sales and customer service support in a corporate environment.
• You will be self-motivated with a passion to work in the property development industry
• Ability to deal with customers and handle customer care issues
• Confident, with excellent communication skills
• Excellent administrative skills 
• Be highly motivated

This role will suit a professional with a passion for property/real estate. Someone with an eye for compliance but can think outside the box, with a get things done attitude. You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment.
