Marketing Assistant / Executive Assistant – Initial contract with view to permanency – immediate start

Salary: €25,000 – 32,000

 

Our client is a Tech company, providing high end fibre optic infrastructure to major International teleco suppliers.

Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, the role will provide Marketing support and general executive administration assistance to the business. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor. This is a junior position suiting a candidate with a great, can do attitude looking for an opportunity to gain great experience in a real team culture.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Providing marketing support to the sales team working with the companies outsourced marketing partner. 
  • Manage Corporate Website
  • Assist in roll-out-day to day mngt of CRM system with focus on Contact Dbase mngt, Lead Generation and Commercial Reporting.
  • Manage Social Media subscriptions (e.g. Linked in Premium) to assist Sales in broadening (suspect-prospect-customer) contact base
  • Suggest, Organize, Support presence at Seminars, Conventions (e.g. Capacity, ITW, PTC, …)
  • Suggest, Organize, Support Brand Awareness and Customer Retention programs-activities (eg newsletters, Xmas cards, event invites,…)
  • Manage Marketing communications s (Press Releases, Key Note Speakers, Media coverage,…)
  • Acting as assistant to the team for general admin duties
  • Manage calendar by scheduling meetings, advising others of availability, coordinating boardroom schedule
  • Manage meetings by coordinating on topics, distributing meeting agendas, capturing/distributing minutes, and assisting with presentation slides when needed
  • Assist with internal/external meeting logistics, including booking of conference rooms, management of audio/video arrangement, ordering of food, etc.
  • Greet and escorts guests, coordinate seating and office needs for visitors/staff
  • Create and updates email distribution lists / contact lists
  • Take part in organization of events within the office
