Brand Activation Manager – FMCG

Our client is a leading Irish FMCG company with household brands across a number of food categories.

The Brand Activation Manager will own the customer activation plan for the year working closely with the Customer Directors & Business Managers to prioritise key activations and campaigns with the customer timelines and expectations in mind.

What will you be responsible for?

The key focus of role will be to drive the execution of the Shopper Marketing and Trade activation plans. You will build excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders and help shape the strategy & development of activation plans.

• Develop & Present Annual Customer Plans
• Own activation plan for the year – collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver
• Sell in Campaign Activation & NPD /EPD Launches
• Trade Marketing Activation (in store campaigns/CRM)
• POS Development – Customer
• POS Activation – Brand & Principal
• Budget Management
• Sampling & Event Management
• Principal & Supplier Planning – Customer Activation

Your Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience at similar level within the FMCG Industry
• Proven track record in Trade/Activation Marketing
• Confident Self-starter able to collaborate and work across different disciplines
• Good Presentation Skills
• Previous exposure to customer events and activation
• Highly organised and able to manage projects
• Some experience in kit /POS/Tool development
• Highly organised & able to apply themselves to new activities and tasks
• Some experience in management of sampling & events
• Commercially savvy, numerate and analytical
