A Top Tier Commercial Law Firm in the Dublin 2 area is currently looking to recruit a Tax Solicitor to join their team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated department within a TOP 6 Dublin firm and gain a lot of autonomy. The successful applicant will have 1+ years PQE and be expected to assist on a range of disputes from both contentious and non-contentious work.

This is an exciting role within an excellent firm that will offer exposure to high level work including; multinational work, PLCs, private clients and advisory work.

Range of clients include; multinational and domestic clients, corporate and high net worth individuals, major shareholders and trustees.

Ideally, you will have completed, or aiming to complete your AITI qualification and will be familiar with a broad spectrum of taxation issues including corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, cross border transactions and securitisations. In addition, you will advise on pertinent issues as required and provide professional and informed advices where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 + years’ experience advising on tax matters, strong academic results and be willing to work as part of a well-recognised and established team.
