A Top Tier Commercial Law Firm in the Dublin 2 area is currently looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated department within a TOP 6 Dublin firm operating within the field of Employment Law. The successful applicant will have 1+ years PQE and be expected to assist on a range of disputes from both contentious and non-contentious work.
This is an exciting role within an excellent firm that will offer exposure to high level work.
The Role:
- A variety of contentious and non-contentious work.
- Advising on a range of issues including but not limited to:
- Severance arrangements
- Employment contracts.
- TUPE & other regulations such as Agency Workers
- Data Protection within Employment
- Employment litigation.
- Internal grievance, Disciplinary & Dismissal procedures.
The Person:
- Minimum of 1+ year PQE.
- Experience with a top tier firm.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong advisor skills.
- Personable and professional demeanour.
