Telesales Superstars wanted for a thriving insurance organisation based in Dublin 4.

The role will suit individuals who are talented, motivated and ambitious and are looking to progress their insurance career or just looking to change their career.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of contact centre sales experience. Alternatively, solid retail sales experience within a target and KPI driven environment.
• Proven track record of commitment within fast-paced environments
• Result driven with the ambition to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written & listening

About The Role:

The successful candidate will report directly to our Team Leader and play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Inbound/Outbound sales to new and existing customers
• Achieving and exceeding individual targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Contributing to team and department targets
• Managing and maintaining customer records accurately within the system
• Delivering to all quality standards outlined as part of the role and your training
• Ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
• To support your fellow colleagues to be successful
