HR Generalist required for a “not for project” located In Dublin Centre for a fixed term maternity leave contract for circa 9-12 months.
This is a great opportunity for a hard- working and diligent individual to join a highly regarded and successful team.
As HR Generalist you will have particular responsibility for recruitment and selection, management of sick leave policy implementation while ensure legal compliance and best practice across the organisation. You will be part of a broader Shared Services HR Team providing HR operational Support.
As HR Generalist you will report to the HR Service Partner and will be involved in all the below areas of HR to include:
- Recruitment
- HR Data Management
- Employer Relations
- Payroll & Leave
- HR Audits
- Best Practice & Legal Compliance
- Disciplinary Matters & Investigations
- Training and Development
- Compensation & Development
- Ad hoc projects
Skills/Experience:
- Educated to a degree level and be CIPD qualified
- Good knowledge if employment legislation in Ireland
- HR Retail experience would be an advantage
- Experience in a similar role
This if a fixed term contract for 9-12 months with a salary of €42,630 with pension
