Office Manager with HR & Payroll experience required for an International Financial Services organisation sitting up an Irish Office in Dublin Centre.
Dealing with a selection of expatriate staff and new local hires the ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of HR to include: visa and immigration legislation & requirements, tax legislation for expatriates etc. , performance reviews etc
In this busy role duties will include:
- Act as primary point of contact for an HR queries to include: relocation issues, immigration status, leaves of absence, performance management and compensation
- Prepare relevant immigration documentation for employee work permits and other immigration issues as necessary
- Partnering with HR Departments around recruitment, L&D, Diversity , Comps & Benefits etc
- Advise and assist managers on documenting and communicating performance related feedback
- Assist and manage all employee relations issues within the divisions and participate in internal investigations and recommendations for resolution
- Prepare expense reports and reconcile payments with corporate card on a timely basis
- Assist in tax compliance work around payroll
This role will suit someone that is confident is working in a start-up situation and has ideally worked with relocating International Staff. Working knowledge of HR legislation is essential especially around employee legislation and tax laws.
