Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Our Client is a leading Financial Institution who are looking to expand their headcount within corporate banking. They are looking to hire relationship managers to grow their business within the SME right up to PLC and large cap space. There are currently openings for experience professionals across Insurance & Financial Services, Fintech, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Retail and Manufacturing & Aviation.

The Successful candidates would have responsibility for the management of a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients and would be responsible for:

• Loan origination, including deal negotiation, preparation of credit papers, presentation to Credit Committee and completion of legal documentation
• Conducting industry research & formulating recommendations from the credit analysis completed
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their business needs and to ensure an exemplary level of customer service is provided
• Control and monitor the portfolio to ensure appropriate risk management and compliance with the Corporate Banking policies & procedures.
• Management of a team of Corporate Credit Analysts including supporting their professional development while developing and maintaining a culture of high performance with strong customer focus and compliance with the Banks policies & procedures

Ideally Candidates will have the following:

• 5 Years’ experience in corporate banking.
• 3rd Level Degree with an interest in completing / undertaking an Accountancy Qualification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong Analytical Detail and an ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
