Pension’s administrator’s required for a temporary role

Duties will include:

  1. Preparation and calculation of Pension benefits

  2. Preparation and recording of preserved pension records

  3. Preparation and despatch of annual Pension Benefit Statements

  4. Preparation, despatch and collate on return - Pension Declaration Forms

  5. General query handling to include Pensions Freefone, letter writing and email.

  6. Manage mechanical filing system, approx 26k+ files. 

  7. Retrieve and return files as required by the Superannuation team

  8. Perform additional tasks and activities as required.

    Key requirements /Skills Required:

  • Customer Service Focus

  • Some knowledge of how a Defined Benefit Pension arrangement operates.

  • P.C. skills – Microsoft Office, Excel. Word etc.  Pensions Administration

  • Database (Windows based)

  • Numerical and analytical skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative and under pressure

This role will be to commence immediately
