Commercial Lending Manager

Our client is an alternative lending manager who are looking to build out their core offering to extend into commercial property lending.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients with the goal of gaining market share based on the business ability to turn commercial deals around in a timely manner.
• Analysis, preparation and presentation of client term sheets.
• Execute transactions in a timely manner having knowledge of the credit process
• Attendance at customer and introducer meetings to further develop strong relationships with clients, other Banks and 3rd parties.

Required:

• 5 Years in Commercial Lending across BD, credit, execution and relationship management.
• 3rd level degree and QFA qualification.
• Strong understanding of the credit process, from application stage through to credit fulfilment.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers ideally on the lending portfolio side but those from a restructuring background may be considered.

Remuneration: DOE + Very Competitive Bonus
