A boutique Fund Services company in Dublin currently seeks a Senior Transfer Agency Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
You’re role as Senior Transfer Agency Manager role involves the day-to-day managing of a team of 6. The day to day role involves ensuring all on-boading procedures are followed, provide oversight of new account openings to ensure compliance. You will also assist the TA team with complex cases and provide guidance where necessary. The position is a full suite TA role.
You will be involved in full scale recruitment for the team as well as the development of the staff. You will also help enhance the culture of the team to ensure the highest quality of service to clients. Due to the nature of the business and the role you will also be involved in projects within risk, new fund set ups, best practice etc.
The Candidate
You will ideally have a minimum of 6 years’ experience within Transfer Agency. You will also have at least 2 years’ experience supervising/managing teams. Ideally you will be coming from a Hedge background but Mutual and Private Equity will also be considered. End-to-end TA experienced is preferred. Project Management experience within TA is of benefit but not a necessity.

The Offer
