Seeking a Regulation Administration Co-ordinator to work within our clients Regulation Department. This new role will coordinate the work of a team of five (regulation administration team) and will report directly to Regulation Manager. This role is a key position carries with it significant responsibilities that impact on the operations of the Regulation Department and the wider ISE. This is a position whereby the level of responsibility will increase over time bringing significant opportunity for development

It is an interesting and challenging role and strong people skills are fundamental to its success. It will also require excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, as well as an ability to meet tight deadlines

You will have both team coordination duties alongside your own individual responsibilities and both  will include:

  • Allocation of  tasks across the team, ensuring high quality output and deadlines are achieved at all times
  • Monitor the timely delivery of various reports for the team
  • Monitor the timely input of external submission into the ISE systems by the team
  • Support Management in the iterative development of the new Admin structure & process to support it
  • Indexing of debt and funds documents and enter data into XT (the ISE system for processing listing applications)
  • Allocation debt and funds document submissions / listing applications to team members
  • Processing of Final Terms relating to debt security base prospectuses
  • Prepare admission to listing and trading notices for market publication
  • Process invoices and maintain bulk accounts for customers
  • Deal with/allocate queries from public, sponsors and listing agents and other ISE Departments.
  • Prepare various reports for internal and external usage
  • Liaising with the Central Bank’s Eligible Assets department regarding queries and eligible securities
  • Maintenance of the Regulation section of the website
  • Other administration work, as required

Essential Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience working in a co-ordinating administration role within a financial services or legal environment
  • Strong people and collaboration skills, fostering a positive team spirit
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal, and a positive influencer
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven team environment to deliver to customer needs, internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to be creative in uncovering opportunities & improving processes and practices
  • Strong resilience & confident in initiating action
