Our client is a successful indigenous business established late 1990s who specialise in the provision of high quality IT support and consultancy services to businesses throughout Ireland as well as internationally. They strive to provide a superior customer focused IT service.
Located in Swords, they are new seeking an Operations Manager to take control of the day to day administrative and service running of this business.
Directly supervising an admin team of 3 you will also support an overall workforce of 14 and duties will incorporate:
Operations
- Handling incoming sales queries and ensuring all client issues are resolved on time and within SLA’s
- Assigning workload to existing administration team while ensuring they are motivated, organised and developing in their roles.
- Responsible for recruitment and on-going training and development of new and existing staff members.
- Work alongside the Client Service Manager to ensure the delivery of services - ensuring that all engineers have correct details/equipment for installations, callouts and servicing etc
- Work with Client Service Manager to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
- Manage client contracts with MD. Analyse contract profitability metrics.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceeding service expectations
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and structure to drive greater efficiencies within the company
- Implement a quality management system (QMS).
- Manage employee annual leave/sickness approval.
- Maintain company procedure file and employee handbook
- Worked closely with the Managing Director on process improvement and ensuring that the offices runs smoothly on a day to day basis
Facilities:
- Site management for the office and building matters
- Management of company vehicles, insurance policies and mobile phones
- Budget Management for the office & monitoring spending
- Compliance for the office with regards to Health & Safety Standards
Finance/Reports
- Manage finance, payroll and administration departments.
- Manage company financial performance
- Preparation of year end accounts in conjunction with accountant
- Preparation of quotations and tenders on behalf of the company
- Invoicing/Crediting of all service
- Dealing with account queries
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage supplier accounts
- Approval for Purchase Orders and following up on order deliveries
- Development of key reporting metrics, data insight and sales analysis for management
- Compiling weekly and monthly dashboards to guide management on current contracts
Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
