Operations Analyst

A global finance operation currently seeks a Settlements and Operations Analyst to join their team. The company seeks to grow and diversify its European presence through expansion of the Irish office.
Requirements:
- Support trade booking and settlement workflows across multiple products
- Perform trade reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting to mitigate risk
- Provide subject matter expertise and testing support for consistent system enhancement
- Monitor and resolve match issues between Trading and Sales bookings
- Ensure all transaction details are captured correctly
- Identify and reconcile trade booking errors
- Liaise with trading teams to ensure timely booking of new trades
Requirements:
- 3- 4 years previous work experience in a Corporate Financial Institution
- Experience with securities settlements
- Reconciliation experience
- Strong working knowledge of CREST and EUROCLEAR platforms are essential
