Corporate Finance – Aviation
Our Client, a leading aircraft leasing company is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Professional to join their expanding Dublin based team. The role will be reporting directly into the Head of Corporate Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in structuring of transactions including evaluation of financing options
- Review of legal documents to ensure compliance to term sheet for financing
- Support consummation of debt transactions for each aircraft
- Preparation of transaction papers for internal approvals
- Assist pricing of portfolio transactions and assist the larger team in handling specific projects or tasks
- Responsible for analysing, structuring and pricing transactions originated by the commercial team.
Core Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and fundamentals around aircraft leasing and financing.
- Relationship Management and communication skills: Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with key external (airlines/lessors as appropriate)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
